Privacy policy
In short
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, keeps no visit logs and loads nothing from third-party servers. We only process personal data that you send us yourself — when you e-mail or call us.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Yarbala spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Yarbala sp. z o.o.), ul. Chałupnicza 48/37, 51-503 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0001148152, NIP 8952282205. For any data protection matter, contact us at info@yarbala.com or +48 690 422 704.
2. Visiting this website
The website does not use cookies, browser storage or any similar technology, and runs no analytics or tracking tools. To deliver a page, our server necessarily receives your IP address and technical details of the request, such as the browser type. This data is used only to send you the page and is not stored — we keep no visit logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making the website available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. E-mail and phone enquiries
When you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide — such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message — to reply and to continue the correspondence. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry concerns a possible contract, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
4. Recipients
Data is processed on our behalf by service providers bound by data processing agreements:
- DigitalOcean — hosting of this website (server in Frankfurt, Germany);
- Google (Google Workspace) — e-mail for info@yarbala.com.
Where necessary, data may also be disclosed to our accounting and legal advisers, and to public authorities when the law requires it.
Both providers belong to US-based groups, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses (Art. 45–46 GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards until any related claims become time-barred, or longer where the law requires us to keep it (for example, as part of accounting records). Data about visits to the website is not stored at all.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability where it applies, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@yarbala.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Changes
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
